We told you a few weeks ago that we'd been quiet — heads down, doing the work. Here's the first real update we promised: NOVO has a new website.

Fourteen years in, the way we do the work hasn't changed. The way you reach us has.

Booking a scope review used to mean a phone call during business hours, a voicemail, or an email that sat until someone got to it. Now it's a few clicks — day or night. Whether you're managing a portfolio of units, running a facility, or just finally getting around to that estate project you've been meaning to start, you can put a scope review on our calendar without waiting for us to pick up.

And when you do call, you'll meet Nova.

Nova is NOVO's phone assistant, live 24/7. She's not a hold-music maze or a script that makes you repeat yourself. She'll ask what kind of property you're calling about, get the right details down, and get an estimator out to actually look at the work — because a straight price only ever comes from a real scope review, not a guess over the phone. If it's urgent, she knows to treat it that way. If you'd rather talk to a person, she'll get you there.

None of this changes what happens once a crew is on your property. Same standards, same attention to the details, same crew you've trusted for years. We just made it easier to get to that point.

The site itself got the same treatment — cleaner, faster, and built around the way our clients actually use it: private estates, commercial and civic buildings, multi-family portfolios, all with their own front door in.
